DOCOMO PACIFIC Strengthens Commitment to the CNMI with New Saipan Call Center
Gualo Rai, Saipan (September 05, 2024) — DOCOMO PACIFIC, the regional leader in innovation, telecommunications, and entertainment, is proud to announce the establishment of its new call center in Saipan, a significant expansion of its operations in the CNMI.
Over the past months, the DOCOMO PACIFIC team has been working hard to launch a new dedicated call center in Saipan. Through this center, our CNMI customers can now connect directly with the same friendly associates they've come to know and trust in our stores. In addition, we also expanded our CNMI workforce in the Technology, Finance, Human Resources, and Enterprise divisions. We sincerely thank the Hyatt Regency Saipan and the Department of Labor for organizing the June job fair, which introduced us to many of our new team members.
