DOCOMO PACIFIC Internet & Phone restoration weekly recap July 31st to August 13th is here

Thank you for your patience with our social media post updates. Last week, we flew in over 70 additional skilled workers consisting of construction linemen and fiber and coax technicians to help accelerate our network restoration efforts. They began work this past Monday.

If your area is "open for service calls" and you are still experiencing internet issues, here are some troubleshooting steps:

🔌 Ensure that cords leading to the modem and router are plugged in.

🔋 Power-cycle your device by unplugging both your modem and router for 30 seconds, and plug them back in.

💬 If above steps do not work, please call 671-688-CARE or message us on social media for a service call as there may be isolated damage inside your home (modem, router, or cable line).
