DOCOMO PACIFIC customers raise funds for UOG’s Triton Telethon

Tamuning, Guam (April 21, 2020) – DOCOMO PACIFIC, regional leader in innovation, telecommunications, & entertainment participated in the University of Guam’s Triton Telethon from April 8 to April 15. 

During this period, 441 DOCOMO PACIFIC customers texted HELP5 contributing a total of $2,205 toward the cause. 100% of the funds are donated directly to the University of Guam’s Endowment Foundation and will be used to support local health care professionals on the front lines of COVID-19.

“Our community’s front-liners have been working courageously and tirelessly around the clock showing their dedication to our island. This telethon allowed an easier and safer way to take care of those who are taking care of us. These donations will provide food and the necessary safety equipment to continue doing their jobs. It's through efforts like this, that together, we can make a difference.”
