4/27 Update: DOCOMO PACIFIC launches payment drive-thru
Tamuning, Guam (April 27, 2020) – DOCOMO PACIFIC, regional leader in innovation, telecommunications, & entertainment, extends their temporary Tamuning HQ payment drive-thru hours.
To accommodate our customers unable to visit during the work week, we adjusted our payment drive-thru hours to include Saturdays effective immediately. The drive-thru is now open Monday to Friday; from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cash payments are preferred; however, we will accept checks that must be filled out ahead of time. Customers wanting to make card payments may do so either over the phone 688-2273 or online via self-care at www.mydocomopacific.com
To ensure a safe and smooth visit, we are limiting two transactions per car, and drivers must wear face masks at all times.

Safety remains a top priority for our employees and customers. We’re here to help by taking this extra step to provide an easier way to keep you safe and connected. Our employees are provided with the necessary PPE equipment to ensure we are practicing the social distance requirements.
The drive-thru will be open Monday to Friday; from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cash payments are preferred; however, we will accept checks that must be filled out ahead of time. Customers wanting to make card payments may do so either over the phone 688-2273 or online via self-care at www.mydocomopacific.com.

The entrance to the drive-thru is located at the parking lot located behind our HQ building. Signs have been placed to direct you to enter at the intersection by the former Pizza Hut, take a right on E Segundo Leon Guerrero St., and follow the additional signage to the payment area. A map has been provided below for your reference.
