DOCOMO PACIFIC works with UOG to bridge the digital divide

Tamuning, Guam (April 14, 2020) – DOCOMO PACIFIC, regional leader in innovation, telecommunications, & entertainment, donates 30 smart phones with service to students of the University of Guam.

To comply with social distancing mandates, schools and college campuses around the world have been forced into remote education. Students without smart phones or internet access are left behind.

DOCOMO PACIFIC is doing our part to help close the digital divide by donating smart phones to University of Guam students in need of connectivity devices. We don’t have to be together to learn together.

From Left to Right: Manny Hechanova Jr., Interim Chief Information Officer, University of Guam and Katrina Perez, Executive Director, University of Guam Endowment Foundation.
