DOCOMO PACIFIC gathers regional support & resources to minimize impact and quicken restoration of its Mobile, Internet, TV and Phone services in Rota.

Tamuning, Guam (August 10, 2019) – Business and residential customers in Rota lost communication services yesterday, August 9, due to a fiber break in DOCOMO PACIFIC’S own ATISA subsea cable.  Support teams and supplies from Saipan and Guam were deployed immediately.

That’s what we do for each other in this industry and we’re glad to have partners who value the Inafa’Maolek spirit as much as we do.”, said Roderick Boss, President & CEO of DOCOMO PACIFIC.  DOCOMO PACIFIC Teams are working as quickly as possible to restore all services.  At the time of this release, services are reportedly coming back up.

The DOCOMO PACIFIC retail location will be open until 6pm this evening and from 10am  -2pm Sunday, August 11, to assist customers.
