DOCOMO PACIFIC EXPANDS IN SAIPAN WITH NEW STORE LOCATION

Susupe, Saipan - DOCOMO PACIFIC announces the official grand opening of their new Susupe location in the Joeten Commercial Building. The 1,800-square foot retail space is the newest addition to the DOCOMO PACIFIC footprint in Saipan in more than a decade. Island dignitaries joined DOCOMO PACIFIC in celebrating the grand opening during a ribbon cutting ceremony on April 6th.

The Susupe store offers more convenience for our customers in Saipan with a second location. This will be the first in-line store in Saipan to showcase their new retail transformation that includes several exciting features:

 Top 10 Display: Located in the heart of the store, this display invites customers to discover the industry's most advanced devices.

Customer Service Bays: Stations focused on providing individualized customer support.

Accessory Panel Display: Areas throughout the space that highlight the island’s largest selection of mobile accessories.

In-store Charging Station: A convenient, secure station that allows customers to rapidly charge their device.   

The new store also welcomes members to the DOCOMO PACIFIC family with the creation of 20 new jobs.

Our new home in Susupe is our major investment to enhance customer experience. This is just the beginning of several initiatives planned this year as we enter into a new era of communications in the Marianas. 

This year DOCOMO PACIFIC will complete the deployment of ATISA— a new submarine fiber-optic cable system that will connect Guam with the CNMI offering new and sustainable online, TV, mobile and home phone services.

With the new store opening, the Gualo Rai store location will temporarily close on April 15 as it undergoes renovations. Upgrades will be completed in time for a reopening in early Summer.

The Susupe location opens Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, Saturdays from 9am to 5pm and is closed on Sundays.
